Read the work before you interview.
We run an invite-only pilot. You get a proctored build task, the code the engineer submitted, and how they defended it — with every claim labelled by whether we actually measured it.
Invite-only pilot · no self-serve checkout · the sample report is clearly marked as illustrative
Verified engineering tracks
What makes Taqeem different
We verify real engineering work. Not interview skills. Not self-reported experience.
Evidence, not promises
Every entry in the talent pool completed a proctored build task and defended their own code in a graded interview. You see the code, the stage results and the integrity facts — not a recruiter's word.
Integrity facts, stated plainly
Camera presence, screen-share state, tab and fullscreen telemetry, and the integrity checks run during the work sample. Each badge lists what was checked and what was not — no implied certainty we cannot back up.
Stage-by-stage results
Every score is shown with the stage that produced it, and stages with no usable signal are excluded rather than counted as zero. If a hidden test suite was not executed, the report says so.
See how they defend their work
You get the code they wrote and the transcript of them answering questions about it. Use the interview for culture and system design instead of re-testing fundamentals.
No recruitment markup
Contact engineers directly. No agency fees, no commission. You pay a flat team fee for access — nothing on top when you hire.
Candidates own their data
Candidates set their own visibility. They can hide from specific companies or limit contact to companies they approve. This is why engineers trust the platform with their work.
How the pilot works
Two friendly companies, one invite-only cohort, and a human review of the first badges before anything opens wider.
Request a pilot
We run an invite-only cohort. Ask for access and we will send you a sample evidence report and a pilot agreement — no self-serve checkout, no procurement cycle.
Read a real report
Start with the sample report, then read reports from the pilot cohort. Each one states what was measured, what was not, and how the level was reached.
Send a contact request
Request a connection with a candidate. They receive a notification and can accept or decline.
Interview with confidence
You have already seen their code and how they defended it. Focus your interview on culture and system design — not fundamentals.
What access costs right now
There is no self-serve plan on sale. During the pilot, access is arranged directly — we would rather not sell a tier we have not run yet.

Enterprise
Custom contracts, private deployment, and a named contact. Available once the pilot has produced references we can point to.
Read one report before you talk to us.
The sample is marked as illustrative on every screen. If it does not answer the question you would actually ask a candidate, tell us and we will change it.
